Pursuant to Decision No. 608/QĐ-HVTC dated 28 May 2025 of the Director of the Academy of Finance on the promulgation of the 2025 Undergraduate Admissions Information of the Academy of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 724/QĐ-HVTC dated 18 June 2025 of the Director of the Academy of Finance on the amendment and supplementation of the 2025 Regular Undergraduate Admissions Information of the Academy of Finance;
Pursuant to Plan No. 724/KH-HVTC dated 6 June 2025 of the Academy of Finance on 2025 Regular Undergraduate Admissions;
Pursuant to Notice No. 788/TB-HVTC dated 19 June 2025 of the Director of the Academy of Finance on the receipt of applications for Combined Admission and Admission Based on the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Results (Exclusively for candidates holding international English certificates) for the 2025 Regular Undergraduate Program of the Academy of Finance;
Pursuant to Notice No. 845/TB-HVTC dated 30 June 2025 of the Director of the Academy of Finance extending the opening period of the online admissions portal for the 2025 Regular Undergraduate Program;
Pursuant to Notice No. 889/TB-HVTC dated 8 July 2025 of the Director of the Academy of Finance extending the opening period of the online admissions portal for the 2025 International Joint-Training Program (Academy of Finance – University of Toulon, France);
Pursuant to Proposal No. 120/TTr-QLĐT dated 14 July 2025 of the Head of the Training Management Board on the processing of preliminary screening data for online applications to the 2025 Regular Undergraduate Program by Combined Admission and Admission Based on the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Results (Exclusively for candidates holding international English certificates);
Pursuant to the candidate data declared when completing Method 2: Combined Admission and Method 3: Admission Based on the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Results (Exclusively for candidates holding international English certificates) on the online portal: https://xettuyen.hvtc.edu.vn,
The 2025 Regular Undergraduate Admissions Council of the Academy of Finance has reviewed and verified the information as declared by each applicant during online registration.
Candidates who applied online via Combined Admission and Admission Based on the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Results (Exclusively for candidates holding international English certificates) to the 2025 Regular Undergraduate Program of the Academy of Finance may look up their preliminary screening results on the Information Lookup Portal: https://tracuu.hvtc.edu.vn.
Applicants whose records require correction or supplementation of information for admission consideration—such as cumulative GPA of admission subjects; English certificate; SAT score; competition awards; change of Combined Admission category (if desired); choice of training program (if not yet registered or wishing to switch due to ineligibility under current regulations)…—shall submit a request for correction/supplement (form attached) [DOWNLOAD FORM HERE] along with supporting documents to the Academy’s email bshstuyensinh2025@hvtc.edu.vn between 16 July and 17:00 on 20 July 2025. The Admissions Council will verify and update each applicant’s registration information based on the submitted request and evidence.
Applicants bear full responsibility for the compliance of their application with the Academy’s 2025 Admissions Information and the accuracy of all provided data and supporting documents.
