Attending the program on the morning of June 11, 2025, were:

ASSOC. PROF. Dr. Nguyen Manh Thieu – Deputy Director, President of the Academy’s Trade Union, Leader of the Inspection Delegation;
members of the Inspection Delegation; representatives of leadership from the following units: Organization & Personnel Department (OPD); Finance & Accounting Department (FAD); Equipment Management & Project Investment Department (EPMD); Medical Station; Training Management Board; and the Academy’s Office.
Attending the program on the morning of June 12 were 37 members of the Inspection Delegation.
In his direction remarks, MERIT. ASSOC. PROF. Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung outlined the role and significance of the High School Graduation Examination, as well as the objectives, roles, and tasks of the collaborative inspection work for the 2025 exam. He emphasized that this is an important annual political task contributing to the examination’s success. Every staff member assigned must carry out their duties diligently, fulfill their responsibilities accurately, and coordinate closely with the Department of Education and Training and local units to complete the shared mission. Any unexpected situations must be reported immediately to the Head of the Steering Committee.
MERIT. ASSOC. PROF. Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung also stressed that each member of the working group represents the image and brand of the Academy, must excel in their assigned tasks, and actively promote the Academy’s brand and image to the wider community; they are also required to support community service activities. Furthermore, he urged active participation in publicizing the Academy’s 2025 admissions information.
He reminded the Organization & Personnel Department to review the appointed members to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Education & Training’s requirements; all participants must travel with the Delegation and must not contact or meet with parents or relatives of candidates. Given the many new aspects of the 2025 examination, participants must stay fully informed of all requirements and procedures. This national political task is crucial both to the exam’s success and to ensuring the Academy’s successful undergraduate admissions in 2025.
Also at the Steering Committee meeting, M.A. Vu Huy Thanh – Deputy Head of the Education Inspection Committee – presented the Report on the collaborative inspection work for the 2025 High School Graduation Examination, detailing the tasks completed and the Delegation’s readiness to perform the inspection duties.
Finally, leaders of the Organization & Personnel Department, Finance & Accounting Department, Medical Station, and Equipment Management & Project Investment Department presented their implementation plans, outlining functions and responsibilities for organizing the working group to execute the inspection tasks.
At the professional training conference on exam supervision for the 2025 High School Graduation Examination, ASSOC. PROF., DR. Nguyen Manh Thieu affirmed the Delegation’s determination to leverage the experience gained in this work over the years, to successfully fulfill the assigned political task under the direction of ASSOC. PROF., DR. Nguyen Dao Tung.

The conference also heard from M.A. Vu Huy Thanh – Deputy Head of the Education Inspection Committee – who outlined the purpose, requirements, and tasks of the collaborative inspection work for the 2025 High School Graduation Examination. He reviewed the procedures for exam supervision and invigilation, the specific inspection duties, and the new provisions in the 2025 exam regulations. Accordingly, the inspection activities are designed to ensure that the examination is conducted safely and in full compliance with the official regulations and related directives; they also allow timely monitoring of the exam, helping the managing authorities, organizing bodies, and individual participants to adhere strictly to the Examination Regulations and all relevant documents…

At the conference, Dr. Luu Huu Duc – Head of the Training Management Board – presented the new points and highlights in the 2025 admissions information.
The preparation activities for the collaborative inspection of the 2025 High School Graduation Examination have been actively and proactively carried out by the Academy of Finance, fully ready to successfully fulfill this important national political task.
