Fostering and admitting new Party members is a regular task of great significance in Party building work, contributing to the growth, quality, and combat strength of both Party grassroots organizations in general and individual members in particular. With the consent of the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance, on 08 July 2025, the Party Cell of the Research Institutes and Postgraduate Studies solemnly held a Ceremony to admit four outstanding DDP students as new Party members.
Present at the Ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Huu Dai – Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance. On behalf of the Party Cell were: Comrade Nguyen Trong Than – Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Graduate Faculty; Comrade Trinh Thanh Huyen – Party Cell Committee Member, Director of the Institute of International Finance Education (IIFE); Comrade Nguyen Bich Thuan – Deputy Director of IIFE; parents of the students; representatives of the Youth Union Executive Committee and six DDP student clubs, along with all Party members of the IIFE Party Cell.
In the ceremonial proceedings, Comrade Nguyen Trong Than, Party Cell Secretary, announced and presented the Decision of the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance on admitting four outstanding DDP students – Nguyen Khanh Ly, Ngo Hoang Dung, Ngo Thu Phuong, and Pham Duc Trung – into the Communist Party of Viet Nam.

Under the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, and in the presence of Party Cell members, the four newly admitted comrades solemnly took the oath, pledging to strive continuously to be exemplary Party members, to contribute their efforts to successfully accomplishing the Party Cell’s political tasks, and to help build an ever-stronger Party Cell.
Comrade Nguyen Trong Than, Party Cell Secretary, clarified the tasks and rights of Party members under the Party Charter, and assigned experienced Party members to continue guiding the new members during their 12-month probationary period. On behalf of all Party members in the Cell, he congratulated the new members and expressed the hope that they will keep honing their ethics and skills, actively engage in DDP student activities, and join all Party members in fulfilling assigned tasks.
Speaking at the Ceremony, Comrade Trinh Thanh Huyen expressed pride in the outstanding DDP students who have consistently excelled in study, scientific research, and have set an example in extracurricular and volunteer activities at the Institute of International Finance Education.

At the Ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Huu Dai – Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee – warmly congratulated the four new Party members. After a long period of striving and testing, today marks a milestone recognizing their dedication. He hoped that, as young Party members, they would maintain their integrity, uphold their pioneering role, and accomplish every assigned task.

Sharing her feelings at the Ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Khanh Ly, on behalf of the new Party members, expressed her honor and pride in joining the Party. She pledged to strive and train diligently, fulfill Party member duties, uphold responsibility, and spread the image of dynamic, creative, and compassionate DDP students, determined to qualify as official members of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.

On behalf of the attending parents, Comrade Ngo Cong Khanh shared pride in the achievements of the new Party members who have grown through training at IIFE. As a fellow Party comrade, he trusted that they would uphold the Academy’s more than 60-year tradition, leveraging their youth, dynamism, and enthusiasm to help accomplish the Party Cell’s 2025 objectives.
The admission ceremony concluded successfully, serving as motivation for other exemplary individuals to continue striving. This is also a regular and highly significant task, adding young, qualified, passionate, and capable members to the Party Cell of the Research Institutes and Postgraduate Studies in particular, and to the Party Committee of the Academy of Finance in general.
